The Quince Boutique B & B

Greetings and welcome to The Quince, our boutique bed and breakfast. We are situated semi-rurally just north of Millers Flat village. The brand new Clutha Gold Cycle Trail is adjacent to our property and 500m away from the Millers Flat outdoor heated swimming baths.

We (Cally and Wendy) are ex Glenfield House bed and breakfast in Dunedin, a business we set up and ran successfully for twelve years.

Prior to that we had lived and cooked extensively overseas and within New Zealand. We offer you three accommodation options; The Cottage, The Oast House, and a bedroom in our home.

Our price includes a sumptuous breakfast, and a packed lunch prepared by Cally to fortify you on your journey ahead is available for $15. We would enjoy providing a delicious three course dinner for you served in our dining room, or weather permitting in our Loggia. We use local seasonal produce much of which is grown in our large potager. The price for dinner is $60 per person.

The Quince Cottage:

Situated in its own private garden setting, has a king sized bed sitting room and dining table, ensuite bathroom, air conditioning/heating, television, tea, coffee and home baking.

The Oast House:

With French doors opening onto a private outdoor seating area and expansive views. Two king single beds, ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, heating, television, tea, coffee and home baking.

Fiore a casa:

Opens into a Loggia – for great vistas and pre dinner drinks. Queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom

Terms Of Trade

Cancellations incur a 10% penalty.
Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will be charged one nights accommodation.
