A warm welcome is extended to you from the former Teviot Country Motel & Backpackers now the revamped Clutha Gold Cottages.

COTTAGES

Enjoy your stay with us in one of your very own separate self-contained cottages. Two cottages have 2 bedrooms sleeping up to 7(with pull out couch) and two cottages have 1 bedroom sleeping up to 5(with pull out couch). Enjoy full kitchen facilities, separate shower/toilet and plenty of room to spread out and lounge around to enjoy the peace and quiet and watch the pukekos wander by. Located in the tranquil Teviot Valley with spectacular scenery for those who want to seek out the beauty of our region, but there are still plenty of activities to keep everyone busy right on your door step.

BACKPACKERS-LARGE HOUSE

This modern backpacker which is a large 4bdrm house is the perfect place to stay after a day exploring the unique Central Otago countryside. We have plenty of space for large groups and those extended families who love the big get-togethers. Two separate private bathrooms, comfortable private bedrooms, well equipped kitchen & spacious lounge/dining area.
We offer special rates for groups & working men as well as long term boarders. Ideal for groups travelling together

To truly experience the natural beauty of our unique Central Otago why not treat yourself to the traditional back to basics holiday and enjoy our great facilities for campers & motorhomes. Private shower/toilets, outdoor kitchen facilities, spacious grounds & powered sites. Experience the many walks round the Gold Mining Ladysmith Trail and the Clutha Gold Cycle Trail or fantastic fishing spots along the Clutha River with easy access from a track leading right to our back door. Within energetic walking distance along our trail to all shops cafes, and amenities.

Clutha Gold Cottages have excellent family value accommodation.

All fully self contained separate cottages and house are serviced daily.

Enjoy the cycleway and walks nearby for the energetic, great fishing spots, or relax and unwind while the kids have plenty to entertain themselves.

We have a large kid's swimming pool, climbing wall, play area indoors and outdoors, trampoline, animals to interact with, DVD's.

Great outdoor area to relax and enjoy with BBQ.

We have cot/highchair all available free of charge.

Terms Of Trade

Cancellations will incur a 10% cancellation fee up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Within 48 hours of arrival the cancellation fee will be the equivalent of the first nights accommodation.
